Installation Services
D.A.R. installation service allows you to quickly adopt and integrate your Lexmark printing technology. Our Installation Service will allow you to focus on your business and can help your employees take full advantage of the product features of your new device.
- A Lexmark authorized service technician will arrive at your location, usually the next business day
- The device will be unpacked and set up in the location where the printer box was delivered
- Configuration of the device will be completed as you specify, including:
- Network /IP address
- Configuration settings
- Driver support via our Technical Support Team
- Power saver settings
- Paper tray settings
- A thorough functional test of your device will be conducted
- The technician will remove all packing material from the area
- Users will be trained on the key features and functions of the device
